Hi, I’m Yvonne. A designer based in Toronto, Ontario.
I work best when I can hold the whole problem at once: scoping discovery, framing it with stakeholders, designing through launch, then handing it off in real hands. For me, the thread between research and finished product is the job.
I've spent most of my career at the intersection of complex systems and real users — whether that's a network engineer staring at an alert, a researcher trying to list their patent, or a brand team asking what composable commerce actually means for their roadmap.
Outside work you'll find me running (two marathons in), chasing good food, raving about tea, and on the hunt for the next mountain to climb. Open to senior and lead product design roles where I can pair strategic thinking with hands-on craft.
